• Children, toddlers, and Babies

We offer Sunday School for all ages. All of our Sunday School classes are using the Gospel Project which goes through the Bible chronologically over the course of three years. Our kids at East Side also do WMU missions studies on Wednesday evenings. Each month we learn about a family whose serving as missionaries in countries around the world. On Sunday nights, our kids have Awana which starts in September and goes through May. From June to September, they have a small Bible study on Sunday nights. Our toddlers and babies have their nursery class where they have time to interact and play with each other and are able to listen to kids Bible songs and hear Bible stories.

  • 6th grade through 12th grade

Students in grades 6th through 12th are able to attend all youth activities and Bible studies. The youth have their own Sunday School class which also uses the Gospel Project like our other classes. On Sunday nights they have a Bible study led by Mr. Jordan (but most of the youth call him JoJo). On Wednesday nights our youth also have WMU mission studies. Some of the families they learn about serve in areas of the world where Christians are heavily persecuted. A big favorite for the youth is that at the end of the month they prepare food from the area they have learned about. The youth also get together throughout the year and go bowling, out to eat, and attend a weeklong summer camp. They also try to have a lock-in at least twice a year.

  • Adults

For adults at East Side we have a number of Sunday School classes that you can attend. Here are the classes for our adults: Couples Class, Discipleship Class, Men's Class, and our Ladies Class. Our adults are doing the Gospel Project as well. We have Sunday Night Bible study that our adults can attend. Pastor Mitch is going verse by verse through the book of Acts. We also have a Wednesday Night Prayer Meeting. Our adults go over any prayer requests that have been made and pray for those who are mentioned, as well as any other things that need to be prayed over.

  • Men's Breakfast

Our men meet for breakfast once a month to fellowship, hear scripture, and enjoy a meal together.

  • Pearls of Grace

East Side has recently begun a ladies group called Pearls of Grace. This group is for ladies of all ages. The ladies usually meet once a month and do a variety of things. Most recently they have made ornaments, made a spice mix for cooking, put goodie baskets together for our police department, and have had a painting class. Activities vary month to month. Dates, location, and activities planned for Pearls of Grace are always posted in our bulletin and on our announcements page here on our website.

  • College and Career Age

    Bible study

For our college age students or for those who have just graduated high school and moved into the workforce, we have a Bible Study group just for you. Our College and Career Age Bible Study meets every other week on Thursdays. Right now, this group has been discussing the book "Why Trust the Bible" by Greg Gilbert. The location and time for this group can be found in our bulletin on Sundays and on our announcements page here on the website.
