East Side Baptist is a mission minded church. The love of missions and serving others in love, sinks deep into our hearts as we strive to live our lives in obedience to what Jesus has called us to do. Jesus said in The Great Commission, "Go, therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you."-Matthew 28: 19-20a CSB. A few years ago God opened a door for us to serve the people of Belize and to bring the good news of Jesus Christ to the people in this part of the world. We're excited to see how God will continue to use us to serve and love His people throughout the world.

Egg Hunt
Every spring we hold our annual Egg Hunt. We stuff thousands of eggs with candy and invite everyone from our community to bring their families out for a fun morning of egg hunting and to learn the true meaning of Easter. A hot dog lunch is served and there are plenty of fun activities for the kids. There is face painting, a bounce house, and other fun outside games.

Peanut butter prayer walk
During our Peanut Butter Prayer Walk, members of our church walk through the neighborhoods and hand out bread and peanut butter. Not only do we hand out bread and peanut butter but we also ask those we encounter, if they would like for us to pray with them. Our church prays that through this mission, we will make connections with the wonderful people of our community and be able to display the love of Jesus and to tell them the good news of Jesus.

S'Mores Night
During our S' Mores Night at East Side Baptist we sit around burners and roast marshmallows. This is a great time for us to fellowship with one another and even enjoy a cup of hot chocolate! We would love for anyone to come on out and be apart of a fun and relaxing evening.
